1. Hoshino Jewelry Museum Crystal Handmade Workshop is a professional service provider specialising in natural spar jewelry. We are the exclusive agent developer in Hong Kong and Mainland China authorized and designated by the "Hoshino Jewelry Kan" in Japan.

2. The hand-made products are all natural spar as the main design element, all hand-made.

3. Natural spar has "unique" uniqueness, so all hand-made products are "one picture, one thing", and each product has only one inventory. Once sold, it cannot be purchased again.

4. In principle, products can be returned unconditionally before they are shipped. Once the goods are shipped, they cannot be returned.

     Unless it is confirmed that it is a quality problem. (The quality problem does not include spar cracks, natural defects, etc.).

5. The return freight is borne by the customer.

6. Within one month after returning the goods, the original payment will be returned.
